Alex Cherones, Managing Director at PwC, warns that failing to take a proactive approach leaves organizations behind the eight ball. AI is now embedded throughout the software supply chain, he says, and ignoring its vulnerabilities would be like “leaving the front door open all night.” Malicious actors are already using AI to automate attacks at scale, so the only answer is to secure AI systems from the outset.
