Nice cyber defences. But what do they look like from the outside?

Webinar You might think your array of hardened systems, controls and alerts is sufficient to ward off, or at least fatally entangle, any potential cyber-attacker.

But do you actually know how your carefully constructed systems look to a potential intruder? Bypassing complex defenses is what these people do, all day, every day, which means they can likely see paths through your defenses that you may never have conceived of.

That’s why the secret to preventing attacks these days is to think like an attacker and consider how they’d move into and through your organization. In other words, attack path modelling.

This has been a topic of dedicated research at Darktrace in recent years, research that is now part of its new Prevent capabilities, and you can find out more in this upcoming webinar, Attack Path Modelling, on March 9 at 0900 PT (1200 ET, 1700 GMT).

Our own broadcast pathfinder Tim Phillips will be joined by Darktrace’s global CISO Mike Beck, and they’ll be discussing how you can take advantage of an “adversarial mindset” to build your own organisation’s resilience against cyber-attack.

They’ll explain how attack path modelling is essential to this approach, and how you can use AI to identify your organisation’s crown jewels and begin to protect them.

You’ll also learn how to simulate and emulate attacks to help you build your defenses against not just today’s cyber-criminals, but the novel attacks of tomorrow.

All you need to do to join this fascinating session is head here and register. We’ll make sure you’re gently reminded on the day.

Then sit back and learn how the mind of cyber attacker works. It might not be as big a jump as you think.
